Greyman Co currently ships within the continental United States.
Processing Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items may require additional production time before shipment.
Shipping Scope
- We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.
- We do not currently guarantee shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Delivery and Transit Damage
- Please inspect your package promptly upon receipt.
- If your order appears damaged in transit, photo evidence of the damaged outer packaging should be taken before opening the box whenever possible.
- Damage claims must be initiated within 3 days of receipt by contacting support@greyman.co.
